"Fringe is definitely one of the places I love to go. It's only two blocks away from my house and they always have a sales rack outside. I always seem to find something to buy here, the items are so lovely and include clothing, soaps, jewelry, antiques, furniture, paintings etc.... I never know what I am looking for but I always find it!
What I love the most is that when I check out, the owner always discounts the items, even if they were not on the sales rack. I suppose she has the items on sale in her head, which is great, because I always end up spending less than I anticipated. I only wish they were open 7 days a week!
As far as other reviewers saying that the service is bad, I have never witnessed anything like that, it is quite the opposite when I go in there. I guess some people just need the red carpet rolled out for them every time they shop. Me, I prefer to wander around at my leisure without being asked every five seconds if I need some help shopping.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who will listen or to anyone with taste."

"I had an extra half hour after work last Friday before heading off to my Book Group, so I stopped in one of my favorite shops in Sacramento, Fringe. Owned and operated by the very stylish Audrey Wells, this shop is full of unique, beautiful and one of a kind finds. AND, I live very close, so I can drive by almost everyday and peek in the window. Sigh. Lucky me!"
